Identity Card Registration/ Carte Consulaire

CONSULAR IDENTIFICATION CARDS ARE ISSUED TO GHANAIAN CITIZENS ONLY.

• A Consular Identification Card form must be duly completed (IN BLOCK/CAPITAL LETTERS) with two (2) recent passport-sized photographs not more than three (3) months prior to the date of application and showing full face of the applicant, without a hat, cap, and sunglasses.
• Applicants must submit proof of citizenship (Birth Certificate, National Identification Card, Voters ID, Passport).
• All Applicants will be interviewed.
• Processing of Consular Identification Cards takes one (1) working day.
